These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the DOCS4DOCS website (the “Site”), operated by DOCS4DOCS (“DOCS4DOCS,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Our services
DOCS4DOCS provides medical billing, coding, prior authorization, accident claim and payment dispute services to pain management practices. The Site describes those services. It is not an offer or contract. A client relationship begins only when DOCS4DOCS and your practice sign a written services agreement, together with a Business Associate Agreement where HIPAA requires one. Those agreements, not these Terms, govern the services we provide.
2. Informational content only
The billing guides, CPT codes, payer rules, Medicare coverage information and FAQs on the Site are general information for pain management practices. They are not legal, compliance, coding or medical advice, and they are not a substitute for reviewing the current CPT code set, payer policies, Medicare local coverage determinations (LCDs) and your own documentation.
- Codes, rules and payer policies change often, and the Site may not reflect the latest changes.
- Coverage and payment depend on each payer, each plan and each patient’s records.
- You are responsible for the codes and claims your practice submits.
